Invite & Earn Programme Terms
These terms apply only if you join Invite & Earn. You accept them when you tap “Get my invite link” in Rewards, and we record the version you accepted. They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which still apply.
1. Who can join
- You must be 18 or over and live in India, because rewards are paid to a UPI ID. Accounts we treat as a child’s (anyone under 18) cannot join.
- One membership per person. You need a UPI ID in your own name to withdraw.
- We may decline a membership, and we will tell you why.
2. Your link, and how a friend is linked to you
- Joining gives you a personal invite link and code. A friend is linked to you if they sign up through your link, or add your code in Rewards within 14 days of creating their account and before their first payment.
- The first code a friend uses is final. You cannot link your own accounts, and a friend under 18 is never linked to anyone.
- Your friend gets the same welcome offer as anyone else who joins. No extra bonus is promised for using your link.
3. What you earn
For each payment a linked friend makes for their own plan during the 12 months after their first payment, you earn 10% of what Vararuchi actually receives from it: the price less the 18% GST in it, less the payment gateway’s fee (or, for purchases in the Android app, Google Play’s fee). Rewards are rounded down to the paisa. For example:
| Your friend buys | On the website | In the Android app |
|---|---|---|
| Pro, one month (₹699) | ₹57.58 | ₹50.35 |
| Ultra, one month (₹1,499) | ₹123.49 | ₹107.97 |
| Pro, one year (₹5,999) | ₹494.23 | ₹432.13 |
Nothing is earned on a plan bought as a gift for someone else, on a free or complimentary plan, on a payment that is refunded, or on a payment made from your own UPI ID. There is only one level: nothing is earned on your friends’ friends. We never promise any amount of income.
4. When a reward can be withdrawn
A reward stays pending until the payment behind it can no longer be refunded or taken back by the payer’s bank:
- 60 days after the payment, if your friend paid by UPI or net banking;
- 130 days after the payment, if they paid by card, wallet, pay-later or EMI, or in the Android app through Google Play.
Then it becomes available to withdraw.
- Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, or the payer’s bank takes it back, its reward is reversed — whether it was pending or already available.
- Disputes. While a payer’s bank is looking into a payment that earned you a reward, that reward is frozen and you cannot withdraw anything. If the bank decides for us, the freeze lifts; if it decides for the payer, the reward is reversed.
- If you had already withdrawn it. A reversed reward that had already been paid out to you is owed back. It is taken only out of your later rewards, and you cannot withdraw again until it is repaid. We never collect it from you any other way.
5. Withdrawing to your UPI ID
- You can withdraw once at least ₹100 is available, to a UPI ID in your own name. One withdrawal can be in progress at a time. There are no fees.
- When you save a UPI ID we may check with your bank, through our payout provider, that it exists and that the name on it matches yours. That name is never shown to you or to anyone outside Vararuchi.
- Once a UPI ID has been confirmed as yours, any new one must be in the same name at the bank. After you change your UPI ID, withdrawals to the new one open 48 hours later, and we email you about the change.
- Where automatic payouts are available, withdrawals of up to ₹2,000 to a UPI ID your bank has confirmed are usually sent within minutes. All others, including larger ones and any we need to check, are reviewed and sent within 7 working days (we aim for 3).
- If a transfer fails or is sent back by your bank, the amount returns to your rewards balance and we tell you why.
6. Taxes
Rewards may be taxable income for you. Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source, we will do so and give you the certificate. We keep a record of what we pay you in each financial year.
7. Sharing honestly
- Indian advertising rules require you to say that you benefit when you recommend us. Our share message already says you may earn a reward — keep that in whatever you post.
- Do not make false or misleading claims about Vararuchi or about what anyone can earn, and do not send spam.
- Do not offer people money or gifts to install the app or sign up, and do not create accounts, or have others create them, just to earn rewards.
8. Misuse, and suspension
- Rewards obtained by breaking these terms — for example through second accounts, or payments arranged so that they are later refunded or charged back — are reversed.
- A member whose friends’ payments are lost to chargebacks twice is suspended automatically while we review it. While suspended, your code takes no new friends and nothing is paid out; pending rewards are kept. If we reinstate you, everything resumes. If we end your membership for misuse, we will tell you why, and you can complain as set out below.
9. Your privacy
- You see how many friends joined and paid, and each reward’s amount, date and status. You never see who a friend is, what they bought or what they study. Your friends are told this when they sign up with your link.
- To pay you we keep your UPI ID, the name on the account and your withdrawal records, as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, even after you leave.
10. Leaving, and account deletion
If you delete your account, everything available is paid out to your UPI ID with no minimum, and pending rewards are paid when they become available. The holds in section 4 still apply.
11. Changes to the programme
We may change or end Invite & Earn with at least 30 days’ notice in the app and by email. Rewards you earned before a change are honoured under the terms that applied when you earned them.
12. Complaints
Write to our Grievance Officer at admin@vararuchi.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as set out in Terms of Service section 14. Section 13 of those Terms, on governing law and disputes, applies to these terms too.
